How to call custom python scripts directly from nextnanomat

Custom written python scripts can be called directly from the Output tab. The parent folder of the python script, Path to the currently displayed output file as well as the path to the simulation folder are transferred as system arguments, see Figure 1.5.3.1. (If you need other specific information to be exported, just mail your request to the nextnano support team or use the widget on this website.) By using those system arguments in your python script, individual post-processing of specific output files is reduced to a one-click effort.
