4.2.1. Temperature

Specifies the lattice temperature. It is used to calculate:

• Varshni shift of band edges

• Phonon bath

  Temperature = 300  # K
  

Note

This does not affect the carrier temperature. The latter will be calculated from subband occupations once the NEGF solution has converged.
