Summary

This validation shows that our software can reproduce the electronic band dispersion of Cd_xHg_1-xTe/HgTe/Cd_xHg_1-xTe modulation-doped quantum well, using 8-band \(\mathbf{k} \cdot \mathbf{p}\) method, matching the Figure 1. (c) from [Novik2005].

Attention

This validation uses input file similar as in HgTe/CdxHg1-xTe: modulation-doped topological quantum well.
