2.4. Benchmarking

This section gathers our nextnano++ simulations aiming at reproduction of published results. As the nextnano++ software is a solver of system of Shrödinger, Poisson, and Current equations, our benchmarking is mainly sorted by how these equations. Also, as computation of optical spectra bacomes a relevant part of our software, it has its own category here as well.
